What does it mean to participate in a moderated e-learning course?

Moderated e-learning courses run over a period of 8 weeks and are designed to be self-paced, with a new module released each week. In a moderated course, you are supported by a course moderator who acts as your main point of contact throughout the learning journey. The moderator helps guide discussions, answer questions, and support your progress. In addition to the training materials, you will be invited to participate in forum activities and assignments. While these activities are not compulsory, they are an important part of the moderated learning experience.

Interact and exchange ideas with fellow participants
These collaborative elements help create a richer, more engaging learning experience.

How much time should I spend each week to complete the module/course?

On average, you should plan to spend approximately 2–3 hours per week to complete each module. This time includes reviewing the learning materials and, if you choose, participating in forum activities and discussions that help deepen your understanding of the course content.

How do I successfully complete a course?

At the end of each module, you will complete an online quiz or assessment designed to help you review and apply what you have learned.
To successfully complete the course, you need to achieve a score of at least 70% on the final quiz for each module. You are allowed unlimited attempts, giving you the opportunity to revisit the material and improve your score if needed.
